Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• Familiar with ISO requirements, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.
• Strong knowledge of quality processes, procedures, and tools (SPC, Six Sigma).
• Able to initiate change and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine tests on materials, goods in process, or finished goods against quality standards.
• Inspects visually for defects and notifies supervisors of out-of-spec results.
• Maintains and analyzes inspection data and reports defects.
• Leads blitzes, QA projects/teams, and communicates with management.
• Performs audits of manufacturing and lab processes and records results.
