Job summary

SRCTec, LLC is seeking a temporary Associate Quality Technician to support manufacturing operations on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, M-F) at our Syracuse, NY location. This role covers in-process and final inspection, configuration and pack-out verification, and auditing.

You will perform manual quality inspections of components, assemblies, and finished products, using magnification tools. You will detect any non-conforming product and collaborate with teams to drive continuous quality

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of related experience preferred in quality-related support.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to lift/move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Perform manual quality inspections on components, assemblies, and finished products to ensure conformance to specifications.
Use magnification tools for inspection and document results.
Detect and report non-conforming product and assist in containment and improvement efforts.
Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to promote continuous quality improvements.
Serve as first line of escalation for inspection judgments and ensure procedures are followed.
