Job summary

EnerSys Advanced Systems is seeking a Quality Technician to inspect in-process parts and ensure compliance with drawings and procedures. You will work with site management to adjust priorities and conduct internal quality audits to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift 30–45 pounds, and familiarity with micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Knowledge of GD&T and quality systems is a plus, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, high-tech

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 30–45 pounds and perform standing/walking.
• Familiarity with hand tools for precision measurement (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Basic electrical and/or mechanical inspection knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist site personnel in summarizing findings and proposing solutions.
• Record and maintain inspection results.
• Write MARs for discrepant material found during inspections.
• Perform internal quality system audits.
• Assist in generating and revising inspection procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
