Westerman, Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector to inspect parts of pressure vessels and process piping for stress and failure using multiple methods. You will contribute to root cause analysis of quality issues and maintain quality documentation.

Candidates should have ASME knowledge, LVL 1 NDE training, and at least 2 years in quality inspection, with strong attention to detail. The role requires teamwork, ability to train/coordinate with departments, and adherence to safety and Lean practices.

Formación

• ASME codes applicable to pressure vessels.
• 2 years Quality Inspector experience preferred.
• LVL 1 training in VT/PT/UT/MT and RT Film Interpretation.
• Machine inspection experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Regular and punctual attendance at work is required.
• Performs internal testing, checks and cosmetic inspections.
• Inspections on material and product throughout production process.
• Performs non-destructive examinations using varying methods.
• Completes documentation for tracking and record keeping.
• Performs data entry and evaluates results.
• Performs root cause analysis on non-conformities.
• Other duties as required and assigned.
