You will document nonconformances, maintain records, and support quality improvements. The candidate should have at least 2 years in quality inspection or NDE Level II, AWS CWI preferred, and ASNT SNT-TC-1A Level II qualification.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years as Quality Inspector or NDE Level II.
• AWS CWI preferred.
• ASNT SNT-TC-1A Level II qualification required.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer-based systems.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Performs Receiving Inspections of select materials, parts, and equipment.
• Verifies, reviews, and approves the quality documentation.
• Prepares, performs, and evaluates welder qualification coupons and testing.
• Performs Visual Inspections (VT) of welding for WPS compliance and in-process final.
• Performs and documents NDE of materials, parts, and equipment by various methods.
• Performs and documents Pressure and Leak Integrity Tests.
• Performs and documents Paint Inspections.
• Performs and documents P&ID Verification and Final Inspections.
• Identifies and documents NCRs during Quality activities.
• Prepares quality records and inspection activity records as necessary.
• Prepares photographs for final documentation and records.
• Prepares and installs engraved nameplates for completed equipment.
• Makes recommendations for improvement in Quality processes and methods.
• Use manual and electronic measurement equipment for inspection activities.
• Assists the Quality Manager as necessary.
