Job summary

Altor Solutions in Tennessee is seeking an Inspector Packer to perform production, inspection and packing of our products, reporting to the Production Supervisor. You will follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards to maintain efficient operations.

The role requires reading and following packing instructions, using tape machines, inspecting finished goods, and entering data into ERP. You must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3–6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and understand basic math.

Responsibilities

• Removes product from conveyor belt and places product into drying racks, boxes, or bags.
• Packs product into drying racks, boxes, or bags.
• Uses heavy-duty tape machines to cut tape and wrap product for storage/delivery.
• Lifts and moves completed boxes or bags onto pallets or designated locations.
• Reads and follows product description and packing instructions from Quality/Production Data sheets.
