Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector for our metal plating operations in Tempe, AZ. The role is full-time, on-site, with 40 hours weekly plus overtime, focusing on gold and nickel plating for semiconductor components.

You will perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections, relying on CMM programming and GD&T to verify conformance. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of mechanical inspection experience in precision manufacturing, with at least 1 year of CMM experience and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of mechanical inspection experience in a precision manufacturing environment is required.
• Prior experience in semiconductor, aerospace, or engineered industrial manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Proficiency with GD&T per ANSI Y14.5 and tolerance interpretation.
• 1+ year of CMM experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections on machined and molded components.
• Verify product quality through advanced inspection methods and GD&T interpretation.
• Attend CMM programming and operation tasks on DCC-based systems.
• Interpret engineering drawings and tolerance stacks to ensure conformance.
• Maintain quality records per AS9100/ISO 9001 and support internal audits.
