Qualifications

• Experience reading engineering prints and specifications.
• Knowledge of inspection methods and measurement techniques.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment and quality inspection tools.

• Ability to work independently and communicate with manufacturing personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections at BIQ quality gates using approved methods and gauges.
• Identify, document, and communicate product defects and nonconformances.
• Contain defective material and prevent it from moving to the next operation.
• Record defect information and inspection results in quality systems.
• Support BIQ processes, including Stop Capability and problem solving.
• Use precision measurement equipment to verify engineering specifications.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
