Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of quality inspection or QA experience and four years of production experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, or inspection documents.
• Knowledge of precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Audit production processes for compliance with procedures and standards.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to teams.
• Audit parts and finished products for final visual inspections.
• Identify opportunities to improve product quality with the team.
• Support calibration program by preparing gauges for calibration.
• Review calibration results and maintain records.
• Assist with cleanroom environmental monitoring.
• Complete corrective actions and verify effectiveness of fixes.
• Enter and monitor Certificate of Analysis data for purchased chemicals.
• Maintain quality records and communicate concerns promptly.
