Job summary

Jabil in Byhalia, Mississippi, seeks a 2nd shift quality inspector to operate the manufacturing line, perform inspections, and help maintain the highest quality while complying with safety rules.

You will read and follow procedures, use MES for pass/fail, and work under supervision to ensure efficient production. A high school diploma and 2+ years in a Jabil production role are required; PCB manufacturing experience is a plus and QC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in a Jabil production role.
• Experience in printed circuit board manufacturing or related degree preferred.
• Must be QC certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection procedures to ensure quality at various production stages.
• Inspect in-process and finished assemblies for conformance to QA standards.
• Read and follow engineering change notices or procedures and determine acceptance or rejection.
• Work under supervision of Manufacturing supervisor or other designated supervisor.
• Enter pass/fail data into the MES system using standardized procedures.
• Adhere to safety, health rules, and security procedures.
