Job summary

Texas Precision Plating (DBA DFW Anodize and Metal Finishing, LLC) is seeking a Quality Inspector to verify that finished parts meet drawings, PO requirements, and finishing specs as we pursue AS9100 and NADCAP accreditation.

You will inspect at receiving, in-process, and final stages, measure coating thickness, verify appearance and color, and ensure proper certifications before release; engage in root cause investigations and corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality inspection in metal finishing, plating, or aerospace manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints, PO requirements and finishing specs (e.g., MIL-PRF-8625, MIL-DTL-5541, AMS 2700).
• Experience with coating thickness gauges and basic precision instruments.
• AS9100 or ISO 9001 experience preferred.

Responsibilities
