Job summary

You will ensure compliance with quality standards through visual, dimensional, functional, and electrical inspections and document results in the QA database. The role requires a high school diploma and at least three years of experience, reading engineering drawings, and proficiency with precision measuring tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, vocational or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of mechanical and electrical inspection experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints and specifications.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and test equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, dimensional, functional, and electrical inspections of components and materials.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Support nonconforming material routing through the Material Review process.
• Set up inspection fixtures and utilize measurement systems.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Production and Warehouse to meet quality objectives.
• Perform First Article and Lot Inspections per drawings and standards.
• Assist in maintaining QA procedures and databases.
