Job Details

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Quality Inspector to join our well-established and growing team! This critical role will involve ensuring that all our products meet the required quality standards before they reach our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
• Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
• Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of each component.
• Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
• Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
• Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
• Apply the principles of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure precision and accuracy in product manufacturing.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the Manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience and knowledge in Quality Control, Inspection Techniques, Precision Measurement, Blueprint Reading, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and Mechanical Inspection.
• Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
