Job DescriptionPosition Summary:
Level Two: Working under minimal supervision, level two QC Inspector performs complex mechanical inspection processes, demonstrating the ability to inspect complex geometries using common inspection tools as well as optical comparators, CMMs, performing full bench setups. The QC Inspector demonstrates the advanced ability to interpret technical drawings utilizing GD&T, intermediate shop math and blueprint reading, and performs first article inspections. The inspector will read and interpret results of inspections to determine product conformance and will have enough knowledge of manufacturing processes to provide detailed feedback on ways to improve product quality. The inspector works independently and seeks little guidance from higher level employees. The inspector will also demonstrate intermediate knowledge in AS9102 reporting, including the ability to create reports independently.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $24.00 to $27.75 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 96 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
