Job Title: Level Two QC Inspector

Position Summary:

Under minimal supervision, the Level Two QC Inspector performs complex mechanical inspections, interpreting technical drawings using GD&T, shop math, and blueprint reading. Responsibilities include performing first article inspections, creating reports in AS9102, and providing feedback for quality improvements. The role requires independent work and intermediate knowledge of manufacturing processes and reporting standards.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to safety guidelines, including PPE and equipment safety.
  • Perform complex mechanical inspections and first article inspections.
  • Prepare and submit AS9102 reports.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in English reading and writing.
  • Intermediate shop math and print reading skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of AS9102 reporting standards.
Required Experience:
  • Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Education:
  • GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.
