Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment; 5 years product/process evaluation preferred.
• Experience using measurement tools and systems desired; familiarity with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and tests materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Performs process audits (Torque, Marking, Handling, etc.).
• Manages nonconformance dispositions including rework/scrap/RTV.
• Performs internal audits of processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manages Quality Alerts and Product Deviations in assigned areas.
• Completes First Article Inspections with New Product Development.
• Oversees 6S checklists and 6S assessments; manages 6S & CI cards.
• Leads Kaizen events and trains on continuous improvement techniques.
