Job summary

RK Industries, LLC is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure manufacturing and inspection activities meet quality standards and customer specifications. You will work with Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to drive compliance and continuous improvement.

Role includes supervising processes, applying lean tools, training production staff, and promoting RK’s safety-focused culture across shifts and locations in Colorado.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience, 3+ years of electrical experience, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
• Familiar with basic inspection tools and procedures; follows detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall supervision for assigned project processes, achieving safety, quality, delivery, and productivity metrics.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing tools to achieve measurable improvements for processes.
• Train and mentor production team members to build a high-performing workforce.
• Supervise manufacturing personnel, ensuring alignment, engagement and retention.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities for process efficiency and waste reduction.
• Coordinate with Production Manager on manufacturing support and execution.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, including safety procedures and skill assessments.
• Perform other duties as instructed by management.
