As a Quality Inspector IV in Caterpillar's Electric Power Division, you will serve as a senior quality professional responsible for leading incoming quality inspections, managing Material Review Board (MRB) activities, and driving resolution of nonconforming material issues. You will partner closely with Supplier Development Engineers (SDEs), Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, and Purchasing teams to evaluate product quality, disposition material, and support continuous improvement efforts. This role combines advanced auditing responsibilities with day‑to‑day leadership and mentorship of the quality inspection team to help maintain priorities, audit coverage, and operational excellence.
