Job summary

Weldship Group is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector in Bethlehem, PA to help ensure products meet quality standards. You will perform in-process and final inspections, review records, and collaborate with teams to resolve quality concerns. Training will be provided as you learn our processes.

You’ll work with the Quality team and production to maintain consistent quality, safety, and compliance with customer requirements and ISO 9001-related practices.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to follow written instructions and learn inspection procedures.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of manufactured, repaired, and retested equipment.
• Check products and workmanship against drawings, work instructions, and customer requirements.
• Review inspection and production records for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and report quality concerns, and help follow up on corrective actions.
• Support quality audits, training, and improvements to everyday processes.
• Work with production and other departments to help maintain consistent quality and safe work practices.
