As a Quality Inspector III in Caterpillar’s Electric Power Division, you’ll play a vital role in driving product excellence by investigating defects, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met across production and support First of Kind (FOK) initiatives. This hands‑on role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with strong technical knowledge and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:30am – 5:00pm Paid overtime may be required based on business needs (may include weekends/holidays)

Summary Pay Range: $21.38 - $27.31 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
