Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Quality Inspector II in Añasco, Puerto Rico for a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm).

You will inspect raw materials, in-process and finished goods, record data, and make accept/reject decisions using gauges and testing instruments, following GMP and QA procedures.

This role requires a High School diploma and 1 year of FDA-regulated manufacturing experience; heavy-vehicle driver’s license preferred; strong math and inspection skills help you succeed.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a similar FDA-regulated manufacturing role preferred.
• Driver's license for heavy vehicles highly preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and English documents; basic math and statistics knowledge.
• Experience with inspection methods and testing instruments.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect labels, pids, and pouches to approve packing operations.
• Obtain samples, inspect to specifications, record data and make accept/reject decisions.
• Verify dimensions and other specs using gauges and testing equipment.
• Maintain quality control records and documentation.
• Assist in training new QA Inspectors.
• Follow GMP and quality manuals; conduct spot audits.
