Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology seeks a skilled Quality Inspector II to ensure precision in manufactured components and assemblies in our Hayward, CA facility. You will perform GD&T-based inspections, operate manual CMMs, and generate detailed reports to support production with minimal oversight.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of hands-on quality inspection experience in manufacturing, excellent measurement skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and suppliers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of hands-on quality inspection in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform first article, in-process, and final inspections independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, first article, in-process, and final inspections.
• Read and interpret drawings and GD&T daily.
• Operate manual CMM equipment and edit basic programs.
• Generate inspection reports and NCRs with traceability.
• Identify issues and support root cause and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment.
