Job summary

United Precision Corporation is seeking a Quality Inspector I to join the Quality team on site in Washougal, WA. The role involves inspecting machined and assembled parts, reading engineering drawings, recording test results, and ensuring product conformance to specifications.

You will work with operators and management to communicate requirements, maintain inspection logs, and support continuous quality improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude; manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication; detail oriented; team player.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products, materials and components for conformance to drawings and specs.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports and non-conformance documentation.
• Perform first article, in-process, and spot inspections; isolate non-conforming parts.
• Communicate quality requirements to operators and management.
