Job summary

Tyber Medical, LLC is seeking a Quality Inspector I in Bethlehem, PA to perform inspections of finished and semi-finished medical devices, components and raw materials to ensure compliance with quality plans and specifications.

You will use calipers, micrometers and gauging tools, conduct visual and dimensional checks across production stages, raise quality concerns, follow SOPs, and participate in preventive maintenance. High school diploma required; ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of measurement tools and concepts.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, functional and dimensional inspections across all stages of production.
• Ensure compliance to federal and state laws and company standards.
• Communicate quality concerns with urgency and escalate when needed.
• Follow SOPs and participate in preventive maintenance activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
