Job summary

Delva Tool & Machine in New Jersey is seeking a Quality Inspector I, II, or III to perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections, ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout production.

You will interpret drawings, document results, and support AS9100 compliance, with opportunities to work across levels from entry to senior, using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision tools. Competitive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Blueprint reading skills required.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with AS9100 quality system is valued.
• Knowledge of GD&T and CMMs is preferred.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Interpret engineering drawings and inspection requirements.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Identify and process nonconforming material.
• Verify certifications and traveler accuracy.
• Support AS9100 quality system documentation.
• Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions.
