Quality Inspector I & II - Conversion - CVG100

Job Summary

Assist in the operation of the manufacturing line while ensuring the highest quality, striving for efficiency and excellence in all endeavors, and adhering to all safety requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production.
• Inspect in-process and finished assemblies and sub-assemblies for conformance to quality standards.
• Read and follow visual aides, engineering change notices, or operating procedures to determine acceptance or rejection of products.
• Work under close supervision of Manufacturing supervisor or designated supervisor.
• Follow standardized written directions and visual aids for quality assurance inspections.
• Visually inspect products using magnifying glass, sampling methods, first article checks, or AOI machines.
• Enter inspection results into the computerized MES system, indicating pass or failure.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and security policies and regulations.

Minimum Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Jabil production or external work. Experience in printed circuit board manufacturing or a related degree is preferred. Must be QC certified.
