Job summary

Pride Mobility Products®/Quantum Rehab® in the United States is seeking a dedicated QA Inspector to perform final visual and physical inspections on power wheelchairs. You will ensure conformance to order specs and FDA regulations while documenting on the DHR.

A team-focused mindset and ability to learn new methods are essential. Responsibilities include reading work instructions, using inspection equipment, and reporting issues to management.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of Quality Assurance experience OR at least 1 year of experience in a hands-on assembly or manufacturing role
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• ASQ certification preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished product for defects or imperfections in aesthetics and function
• Ensure conformance to order specifications and FDA regulations
• Operate and perform inspection on all test fixtures within the department
• Document product information onto the Device History Record (DHR)
• Communicate concerns to management and work with Pride departments to exceed expectations
• Adhere to safety rules and report accidents or injuries promptly
• Complete required CTPAT Security Training
• Support continuous improvement and demonstrate good business judgment
• Keep accurate data records and use team-based approaches
