Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months QA experience OR 1 year in a hands-on assembly/manufacturing role
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, orders, inspection criteria

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished product for defects or imperfections
• Ensure conformance to order specifications and FDA regulations
• Operate and inspect test fixtures within the department
• Document data in the Device History Record (DHR)
• Use Matrix/ProductionWare system and record product information
• Communicate concerns to management
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area
