Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Quality Inspector I for 1st shift. You will inspect labels, pids, pouches and raw materials, recording data and making accept/reject decisions per specifications and drawings.

Responsibilities include training new QA inspectors, maintaining GMP practice and calibration records, and ensuring proper documentation and material quality for release. 7:00am–3:30pm shift with safety gear required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Driver's license on heavy vehicles highly preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math concepts and statistics.
• Ability to read, understand drawings and written documents in English.
• Ability to use testing instruments and manual equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect labels, pid's and pouches and other raw materials.
• Perform disposition and record inspection data.
• Make accept/reject decisions based on specifications and drawings.
• Fill quality control records and shop order information.
• Assist in training of new QA Inspectors.
• Maintain calibration and proper documentation of control records.
• Ensure materials meet quality standards before release.
