Job summary

Intralox, L.L.C. is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector for our Hammond, LA facility. The position operates on a 12-hour night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with rotating weekends.

Overtime and weekend work are required to support quality initiatives and continuous improvement. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a manufacturing quality environment or plastics injection molding preferred.
• Quality certifications (ASQ, QAI, CSSC) are advantageous.
• Proficiency in standard computer software is expected.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Demonstrated self-management and willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to make consistent, logical, and objective decisions.

Responsibilities

• Performs required inspections by utilizing quality tools and equipment to capture measurement data.
• Interprets product specifications and tolerances on quality drawings accurately during inspections.
• Leads the documentation of non-conformances and containment of non-conforming product.
• Utilizes technical audit program by performing audits plantwide.
• Elevates the need for the setting and updating of product specifications.
• Elevates the need for development and improvement of processes and procedures.
• Supports quality investigations and provides accurate and timely data collection when needed.
• Participates in the quality training program.
• Supports and/or participates in continuous improvement efforts.
• Adheres to time and attendance policies. Work to be performed on site at the facility.

This position will be scheduled for “B” shift, 12-hour night shift from 7:00PM-7:00AM , with rotating weekends. Overtime and weekend work required. Requirements
