Job summary

KMT Waterjet, a Shape Technologies Group company, seeks a quality inspector to support manufacturing by performing receiving, in-process, first article, and final inspections. You will operate CMM equipment, interpret engineering drawings, and ensure conformance to GD&T and specifications.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in quality inspection, strong metrology skills, and familiarity with ISO 9001 processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints and GD&T; ISO 9001 knowledge a plus.
• Minimum two years in quality inspection in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, in-process, first article, and final inspections.
• Operate CMM to verify dimensional compliance per specs.
• Create and modify CMM inspection programs as needed.
• Interpret drawings and GD&T; document inspection results.
