Job summary

Alloy Products Corp. (APC) in Waukesha, WI is hiring a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to uphold high standards. You will inspect parts through receiving, verify sizing and material compliance, and record results. The role involves reading blueprints, using precision tools, and ensuring ISO 9001/ASME compliance.

Qualifications

• Performs inspections and dimensional checks on parts and assemblies.
• Reads blueprints and uses precision instruments to verify specifications.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts arriving at receiving for correct product, material type and quality.
• Perform dimensional and surface finish checks against drawings and routings.
• Record inspection results and lot/heat numbers in systems and logs.
• Inspect finished tanks for code compliance and QA standards.
• Operate measuring equipment to ensure ISO/ASME compliance.
• Collaborate with team and departments to address quality issues.
