Closure Systems International, Inc. seeks a hands-on Production Operator to control molding, finishing, and packaging processes, ensuring products meet quality standards and SPC data is accurately recorded.

You will set up equipment, troubleshoot line issues, perform inspections, train staff on procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining safety and housekeeping.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must read/understand basic math and blueprints.
• Experience with SPC is beneficial.
• Knowledge of safety regulations is required.

• Set up and monitor molding, finishing and packaging equipment.
• Locate and correct problems that cause line backups.
• Analyze and solve productivity issues with manufacturing support.
• Perform preventive maintenance and train staff on procedures.
• Collect data for KPIs and participate in daily team meetings.

Job Description:Responsible for controlling the manufacturing process to produce the ware that meets the requirements in keeping with our Quality Policy. The control of this process requires periodic procedures including visual inspections and dimensional inspections that are used as a part of their SPC charting. Also responsible for documenting any changes made to the recorded parameters of the molding process. You have the authority to manage, perform and verify work affecting quality.Duties and Responsibilities:2. Production Operation Molding, Finishing and Packaging Equipmenta. Set up and monitor all equipmentb. Locate and correct problems that cause line backupsc. Analyze and solve productivity issues in conjunction with manufacturing support teamd. Perform assigned P.M. functionse. Prepare, Train and insure adherence to equipment procedures/work instructions toinsure safe and efficient operations of equipment.3. Monitor, Inspect & package Producta. Inspect product on a continual basis to insure quality and efficient machine operation.b. Make adjustments of consult Technician for corrective action, as appropriate.c. Prepare, Train and insure adherence to Product procedures/work instructions to insurequality products are being produced.d. Follow good manufacturing practices4. Shop Floor Managementa.
