Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Willing to learn inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and conformance to specifications.
• Perform final visual inspections for defects such as cracks, pits, dents, burrs.
• Use calipers, micrometers, indicators, scales, gauges to make basic measurements.
• Learn CMM inspection functions and measure diameter and roundness.
• Review supplier certifications and calibration records; maintain inspection docs.
• Communicate quality concerns to the Quality Supervisor.
