Job summary

MS Companies is hiring an entry-level Quality Inspector to support automotive manufacturing clients in Rockmart, GA. The role focuses on visual and manual inspection of parts, documenting results, and reporting defects using company systems. This position offers a 1st shift from early morning to afternoon, a pay rate of $15 per hour, and benefits. Training is provided with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective communication
• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with quality standards and inspection checklists
• Experience using digital reporting systems (tablets/mobile apps/Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or manual inspection of parts and materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformances to leadership
• Follow established quality inspection procedures at all stages of production
• Accurately record inspection results using company systems and tools
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding quality concerns
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
