Qualifications

• Clear and effective communication following detailed verbal instructions.
• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with quality standards, work instructions, or inspection checklists.
• Experience using digital reporting systems (tablets, mobile apps, or Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or manual inspection of parts to ensure quality.
• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformances to leadership.
• Follow established quality inspection procedures at all stages of production.
• Record inspection results using company systems and tools.
• Communicate quality concerns with supervisors and teammates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
