Neros Technologies is hiring a Quality Inspector to be the first line of inspection for PCBA, harnesses, and cable assemblies. You will support electronics inspection across the factory, ensuring workmanship meets IPC standards and documenting results.
This hands-on role requires sharp attention to detail to catch defects, quarantine issues, and route them to the right teams. You will work on the factory floor to uphold quality at entry.

We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale. As drones transform the character of warfare, Neros is delivering the systems the West needs to compete on the modern battlefield and deter the adversaries of democracy. We’re hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.
Our mission is to build a million drones a year here in America, and electronics are at the core of every one. As a Quality Inspector, you’ll be the first check on every PCBA, harness, and cable assembly that comes through incoming inspection (IQC), and you’ll support electronics inspection across the factory. You’ll catch workmanship and supplier defects before they reach the line, so that every unit survives and performs in contested environments. This is a hands‑on role for someone with a sharp eye and high standards. You inspect electronic hardware to drawings and IPC standards, document what you find, and make sure nothing questionable gets past you. When a defect shows up, you’re the one who catches it, quarantines it, and gets it in front of the right people. If you’ve spent time inspecting electronics on a production floor and want to own quality at the first point of entry, this is your role.
$29.00 - $38.00/hr USD
