Job summary

MGS has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Inspector to join the MGS Richfield and MGS Germantown teams. Current openings are for Day and Night Shift on a 2-2-3 rotation (36/48 hours). Train on 8 hour day shift.

Inspect in-process parts, document results, and work with Quality Engineers daily to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include reading drawings, performing visual and dimensional inspections, recording data, and supporting root cause investigations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and go/no-go gauges.
• Ability to read basic drawings.
• Familiarity with CMM, vision systems, and material testing equipment.
• Team-oriented and quality-focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspections to ensure product conformance.
• Document inspection results per GMP/GDP and customer specs.
• Operate inspection equipment like CMM, vision systems, and gauges.
• Identify and report defects, non-conformances, and root causes.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records and housekeeping in the lab.
