Job summary

Bright Innovation Labs is seeking a QA Inspector to ensure production quality meets customer and internal GMP specifications. You will inspect, sample, test, and document compliance across fill/assembly, labeling, and final pallets.

The role requires a high school diploma, English proficiency, and experience in QA; familiarity with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to multi-task and adapt to a night shift (10:30pm–7:00am).

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and writing skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English; Spanish a plus.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Flexibility with schedule including shift work.
• Overtime may be required with very little notice.
• Requires knowledge with basic math skills.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test to ensure production meets GMP standards.
• Maintain quality documentation and records.
• Verify labels, UPCs and batch codes.
• Monitor weights and perform required tests.
• Coordinate corrective actions with QA teams.
• Inspect finished goods and pallets for specifications.
• Pull samples as required by protocols.
• Attend safety and GMP trainings.
