Triton Metal Products in Hamilton, IN is seeking a Quality Inspector for daytime hours to ensure machined parts meet specifications, safety, quality and productivity standards. You will perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools and communicate effectively with peers.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, detail orientation, multitasking ability, and a cooperative attitude.

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Department: Quality

Reports To: Quality Group Lead

Location: Triton Metal Products, Hamilton, IN

Role:

The primary focus is to ensure product is being assembled to specifications and meeting all safety, quality, and productivity requirements. Quality Inspector team member at Triton will perform their duties in a manner that is representative of the Triton Way.

• Performs in-process inspections and final inspections on machined products utilizing a variety of precision measuring instruments.
• Effectively communicates with peers and interdepartmental personnel maintaining a cohesive team environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Detail-oriented and ability to multitask

Experience Preferred, but not required:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Use calipers, protractors, and a tape measure.
• Computer Skills and Microsoft Excel experience - Intermediate skill level
• Quality experience preferred, but not mandatory.

Monday- Thursday 8 pm - 6 am (2) 10-minute breaks, 20-minute paid Lunch. We ask that you do not leave the facility during lunch since it is paid.
