Job description

Technical Skills

Proficient in using precision measurement instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, helichecks, optical microscopes).

Experience with 2D and 3D inspection equipment and software (e.g., CMM, walter helichecks, zolller vision systems).

Familiarity with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

Knowledge of cutting tool geometries, materials, coatings, and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.

Quality Assurance Knowledge

Understanding of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.

Capable of performing final inspections and documenting results accurately.

Ability to identify non-conformances and communicate findings clearly.

Experience with inspection reports, lot traceability, and non-conformance documentation.
