Job summary

Western Partitions, Inc. (WPI) is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform QA/QC inspections on finished goods in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will verify compliance with drawings and specifications and report quality metrics to support continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with manufacturing teams and the QA/QC Program Manager, ensuring final product quality before shipment and delivery to project sites. Strong attention to detail and remote collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in QA/QC inspection or manufacturing quality roles.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in quality reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA/QC inspections on finished goods to verify compliance with drawings, specs and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inspection records for multi-sites and report non-conformances in the QMS.
• Collect and analyze quality data and provide weekly/monthly reports to the QA/QC Program Manager.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, vendor QA/QC reports, and customer requirements before shipment.
• Communicate defects and trends to manufacturing teams for corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with QA/QC Program Manager and site teams to resolve quality issues.
• Serve as the last checkpoint for quality before delivery to site.
