PTA Plastics, an employee-owned leader in the plastic injection molding, contract manufacturing and tool-building industry, is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our dynamic team. You will monitor, measure and evaluate quality characteristics of molded parts and assemblies to ensure our customers’ quality standards are met.
This role requires basic knowledge of plastic injection molding, experience with cosmetic requirements of plastic parts, and hands-on use of inspection tools.
As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for monitoring, measuring and evaluating quality characteristics of molded part and assemblies to ensure our customers’ quality standards are met. This is achieved through visual as well as measurement inspection using various inspection measurement equipment, gauges and calipers. The Quality Inspector is actively involved in a variety of activities that are essential to maintaining the quality of a product that is delivered to our customers.
