Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a quality inspector to ensure conformance of castings and machined parts to prints and specifications. You will calibrate gages, maintain equipment, and compile inspection reports, working with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprint specifications.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and measure castings and machined parts to ensure conformity to prints and specifications.
• Calibrate and maintain gages and equipment.
• Compile inspection reports as required.
• Work with groups to improve quality and continuous improvement.
• Perform product containments.
• Support other departments as needed.
