Job summary

Millennium Print Group, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, seeks a Quality Technician - Overwrap in Raleigh, NC. This full-time, onsite, overnight role performs line inspections and quality audits to ensure products meet standards and customer expectations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience; printing/packaging exposure and ISO 9001 experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, production, or industrial operations.
• Experience in printing, packaging, or related manufacturing industries preferred.
• Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review job jackets and product specifications to verify production requirements.
• Conduct inspections and audits throughout the production process.
• Verify products meet company quality standards and customer expectations.
• Identify, document, and communicate quality concerns and non-conforming products.
• Work directly with operators to ensure quality standards are maintained during production.
• Utilize quality tools and equipment to measure and validate product specifications.
• Complete inspection records, quality reports, and required documentation.
• Monitor critical control points and validate manufacturing processes.
• Analyze inspection results and support corrective action efforts.
• Ensure products are properly identified and tracked throughout production.
• Maintain audit files and quality documentation.
• Follow all company policies, quality requirements, safety procedures, and ISO standards.
• Support continuous improvement efforts focused on reducing defects and improving customer satisfaction.
