Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing quality inspection experience.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Utilize calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify specifications.
• Document inspection results, including non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Identify and quarantine non-conforming materials and initiate disposition procedures.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct first-article inspections and in-process audits to ensure adherence to standards.
• Participate in root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment according to schedule.
