Job Title: Quality Inspector C

Job Location: Onsite at our Redmond, WA facility

Job Schedule: 4/10 Mon-Thur

Shift: 2nd shift - 7% Shift Differential Pay

This is a full-time on-site Quality Inspector role located in Redmond, WA. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for conducting quality control and assurance checks, managing quality processes, performing inspections, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure product integrity.

Essential Functions:
  • Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure piece parts and products meet drawing requirements
  • Utilizing work instructions provided by manufacturing engineers to collect data
  • Completing first article inspections (FAIs)
  • In process inspections for drawing compliance
  • Final assembly inspections for product acceptance and workmanship
  • Cleanroom and laminar flow bench certification
  • Electrical fabrication internal certification
  • Receiving inspection processing – dock to stock
Basic Qualifications:
  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Possession of IPC certifications 610, 620, J-STD
  • Experience using Oracle MRP/ERP system
  • Experience using Dassualt Systemes Velocity MES
  • Attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Intermediate understanding of GD&T.
  • Proficiency in using precision measurement tools.
  • Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and materials.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and ability to create manual approaches to measuring.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $24.51 - $45.43. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $21.15 - $39.18.
