Job summary

Lam Research Corporation in Fremont, CA seeks an experienced Inspector for the Reverse Logistics Asset Recovery Team. You will perform first article and incoming inspections, interpret GD&T drawings, and generate detailed inspection reports, ensuring materials meet standards.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in QA, familiarity with SAP or similar MRP, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Hybrid on-site with some remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of related experience.
• Experience in semiconductor or Incoming QA is preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T.
• Capable of creating detailed inspection reports and using MS Office.

The group you’ll be a part ofReverse Logistics Asset Recovery Team.The impact you’ll makePerforms inspections, checks testing and sampling procedures for product manufacturing processes. Carries out packaging line, manufacturing inspections and sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials to ensure that company standards are met. Monitors critical equipment and instrumentation. May draft procedures and assist with validating or troubleshooting testing methods, including assays. May apply approval or rejection labels to bulk raw materials once analytical data is evaluated.What you’ll doThe candidate will preferably have experience working with or in the semiconductor industry in an Incoming QA department.
