Job summary

The role includes inspecting operators, supporting qualification/validation, reviewing documentation, and training other inspectors while adhering to GMP and GD&T principles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0+ years of inspection experience using measurement equipment.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect assembled, semi-finished, and finished products per procedures and drawings.
• Use attribute/variable gauges to determine as found/as left conditions.
• Support qualification and validation activities.
• Review product documentation for specification conformance.
• Inspect operators across processes on the operations floor.
• Train other inspectors in required tasks.
• Adhere to GMP and blueprint interpretation standards.
• Identify nonconformities and properly document findings.
• Operate automated inspection equipment (vision systems, CAD/print checks).
