Essential Duties

1. Inspect automotive parts and components to ensure they meet exact specifications and industry standards.
2. Follow detailed work instructions and production protocols to maintain consistency and accuracy.
3. Utilize precision measuring tools and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
4. Identify, report, and help resolve any defects or quality issues.
5. Deliver exceptional service and communication to team leads and other departments.
6. Promote and adhere to strict health & safety policies for a safe working environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sharp attention to detail — your inspections help ensure road safety!
• Solid English communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Self-motivated and committed to delivering 100% quality in every part you inspect.

Essential Job Functions

• Frequently positioning oneself to perform work tasks.
• Repetitive manipulation of objects, tools, or controls for multiple hours.
• Move up to 25 pounds repeatedly.

Schedule & Pay Rate

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $15/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $16/hr
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $16/hr

Work week is 5–6 days, with rotating days off.

Passing consumer (drug screening and/or background check) report inquiries may be necessary for employment purposes, as permitted by law.
